Return policy

1. The buyer is obliged to check, whether the packet is not damaged during transport, before he accepts it from the carrier. If yes, then he is obliged to find out, if the goods inside have been damaged in shipment. In the event of damage of the goods during transport, the buyer shall promptly notify both the carrier and the seller no later than in two working days from the receipt of the goods.

 2. If the goods delivered by the online store www.nerezvyrobky.cz  have reclaimable defect, the buyer can claim in writing to the seller's address or e-mail.

3. The written notification by e-mail about the detected defects buyer applies to e-mail address prodej@nerezvyrobky.cz. Please fill in the attached Complaint letter.

4. Within 3 working days after receiving notification, the seller informs the buyer on the action depending on the type of goods and type of defect

5. For the successful settlement of a claim, it is necessary that the buyer is able to submit an invoice

6. Depending on the type of defects and the conditions laid down by general legal regulations, in particular law no. 40/1964 Sb., the Civil Code and the Act no. 513/1991 Sb., the commercial code, as amended and supplemented, the buyer has an option, that the defective goods are repaired or replaced with new goods, or may withdraw from the contract and demand the return of the purchase price.

7. The seller has no liability for damages arising from the operation with the products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products, as well as damage caused by external events and mishandling.
